kagent install installs to "default" namespace, even though cli says "kagent" is default ns

Caused by this line in deployCmd, which overrides the default namespace set here in rootCmd. Since the Config struct is a shared pointer, overwriting its Namespace value for deployCmd overwrites it for all command config structs that use it.

My PR replaces the default value of the deployCmd namespace with kagent, but that's probably not the way to go. If we want to set deployCmd's default namespace back to kagent, we can just delete the line overwriting it. If we don't, then that means the Namespace parameter doesn't have a global default, so maybe it shouldn't live in the shared .Config Parameter. Or, if we want to keep it there, we could declare the deployCmd struct with a pointer to a copy of the default config struct before overwriting .Namespace.
