Is it possible to force a refresh from Onecta cloud?

Hi,

First of all, thanks for the great work on the integration!

I added a few more ACs and arranged them in "rooms" in the Onecta app today. Unfortunately my HA shows only a subset of all devices, meaning some existing ones disappeared and some newly added did not show up.

Is there a way to force the integration to sync all devices from the Onecta cloud?
