Website on GitHub Pages is Unusable

Since the last Deployment the web page is missing all navigation elements (Next Previous Table of Contents).
You are stuck on whichever page you‘re currently on.
Previous deployments didn‘t have this problem.

Hey @jwiegley! This is great resource to learn git. ❤️ I started reading this but unfortunately, it got broken to state it is impossible to navigate. Do you plan any time soon to fix it or revert changes to the working state?

For now I'll reverting gh-pages to publishing from the old branch. I haven't figured out yet why master is not good to deploy.
