How do you add these to the launcher?

do i drop all the files an folder into the launcher main one for delphidoom from sourceforge?

It will work if you put all the files in the same directory, but it is recommented to put them in the directory structure described below (assuming [delphidoom] if the base folder):

You have to unzip the archives in the appropriate folder. Do you have the old launcher.exe? It is no longer supported, you have to extract it either of an old download or you can compile it yourself. i see. i must of had the old one. i did download the github one. but sounds sourceforge are the correct ones. i must of didn't do them right.

so the launcher for this download is all i need?

including the tools folder an the doombuilder folder? where do the doombuilder files go too?

do i create a wads folder for these folders for each one?

do they go to where my ultimate doom builder location is?

In GitHub is hosted only the source code repository, the executables are located in sourceforge site.
The Doombuilder.cfg file (the Doombuilder configuration file) must be located in the Doom Builder configurations folder, and allows you to use the extra engine features with DoomBuilder. E.g. the typical configuration folder of Ultimate Doom Builder is the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Ultimate Doom Builder\Configurations".
The launcher is a convenient tool to use mods (like PWADs) with DelphiDoom. If you have installed the games (Doom, Heretic, Hexen & Strife) from steam, and you want to play them with DelphiDoom you don't need the launcher, the appropriate game data files (DOOM2.WAD, HERETIC.WAD, HEXEN.WAD etc) will be automatically detected and loaded. Also if you have the game data files you can copy them in the same folder with Doom32.exe etc...

i have my wads located in DOSGAMES folder.

ok. so i got everything working. seems to run pretty well. idk if tis my key7baord or the game. but i notice the keys or the character have issues moving. could be my keyboard.

but great job.

can you add crouching to the game if possible?

do all mods work? like aliens eradication trilogy, duke nukem 3d, wolfenstein 3d by afadoomer an etc?

These are ZDoom mods and they are not supported.
