In user view - change the data on `ongoing_jobs` and `future_jobs`

These fields currently shows all the users applications. (the job_users connected to the user , based on the job´s start date.)

Since a lot of users apply for a lot of jobs this becomes somewhat irrelevant data (since a very high % of the applications will be rejected, and not something we need to take into consideration).

Suggestion:

1. ongoing_jobs - show only connected job_user ´s with status will_perform (edit: fixed in 9645b1a)
2. future_jobs - show only connected job_user ´s with status will_perform or status shortlisted

2. I'm not sure thats exactly what you might expect, seems like there's a risk that a user is about to get hired even though they're not shortlisted. Could potentially lead to a false sense of "security". (I'm not saying that I can't be convinced, but I can just see the bug report in front of me 😉. It would start with the dreaded, "sometimes...")

But is it then possible to add a status to their applications in the listing under future_jobs?
That way we can see if they're accepted, will perform, shortlistedor rejected?
Alternatively just remove the application if they're rejected?
