[TRACKER] TLS insecure is the default in configuration

The jumpstarter-controller endpoints are secured by TLS, but in 0.6 the certificates
are rotated every time the controller is restarted. This means that the certificates are
not trusted by default. 

Because of this we recommend users to use the `--insecure-tls-config` flag.

This should be fixed before we release 1.0.0, by allowing proper handling of certificates in the jumpstarter-controller.
