Spark not installed

The chapter `spark_tutorial_in_r.Rmd` https://github.com/jtr13/cc21fall2/pull/44  is not going to render since Spark isn't installed. If anyone knows how to install it in our [GitHub Action script](https://github.com/jtr13/cc21fall2/blob/main/.github/workflows/bookdown.yaml), please advise.
