Introduce colours for interactive output #2
Description
Story: As a user I need different logging levels output to the screen in different colours so more important messages are highlighted to me.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Error output in red
- Warnings output in Orange/Yellow
- Notices output in green
- Info output in white (normal)
etc.
