How to track button response

I am working on a study that involves recording choices on a scale. For example, there are four Likert-type options, and the subject chooses the first option, then changes to the second, and then submits the response.
How can I record this behavior using a response button plugin or any other plugins (the changes between first to second choices)? Thank you.

I just found out, using onchange and handleRadioChoice seems could solve the problem. However, I've difficulties combining in plugin multichoice. any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
