Add the new openspy utmaster server to host file?

Recently a new ut2003 master server came on line which works with both the ut2003 demo as well as the full game. It might be useful to add this to your install script. I was able to fix the ut2003 demo by just editing my hosts file and pointing the old dns records to the new ip of utmaster.openspy.net. See e.g. here:

Modifying a core system file such as /etc/hosts is not something I want to do with this script. That really feels beyond the scope of what a lutris installer should do. Based on this though, it seems it might be possible to set the master server from the ini file. That seems a little more reasonable, and something I could look into at some point.
