Evmap to file (persistence)

Not an issue but what is the best way to save the content of evmap into a file and load it back at runtime?

IO BufReader reading line by line with a split?

As of right now there isn't anything built-in for this. However, there is a WIP serde feature branch I can resurrect this weekend.
