Archiving the package

I am no longer committed to maintaining this package and will ask for it to be archived on CRAN unless someone is willing to take over and maintain the package. (@espinielli ?)

The reason is mainly that the default pandoc templates now provide access to KOMA script and that I believe there are better ways of introducing changes to templates rather than having to keep a modified copy of the default templates. This is what I've tried to fix with my new package rmdplugr.

Thanks for asking but I am not interested in taking over.
In fact what described in Bookdown's book section 4.2 Theming fits all my needs.
