Cannot deselect Associated with next record on Observations forms

Can we add in a Null option to this drop down in case a volunteer accidentally selects Yes, from which they currently cannot unselect this option without deleting the whole form.

QGIS will not allow null in the drop-down as field width 1 character, expanded width to 4 characters
