Reproduction steps
- Create matrix job: Set all 'notify' checkboxes', includint the "Notify build start" , set "Trigger only for parent job"
- Configure slack integration
- Test slack integration by click the 'Test' button' -- test should be OK
- Start Matrix job
Expected Results
Expected: Any Message in slack channel when build started
Actual Results
Actual: no message. There are messages about build finish only
