What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

Reproduction steps
- Run a pipeline and wait till it finishes
- On another tab, run the pipeline
- Go back to the original tab and wait. It won't get updated until you hit CTRL+f5.
Expected Results
The pipeline overview should get updated without Ctrl+F5, either automatically or by just hitting F5.
Actual Results
After upgrading my Jenkins instance to 2.528.1-lts and pipeline-graph-view to 661.v6003f4542123 I've noticed that if I am following a pipeline execution through lastbuild link and then I start a new execution using another tab, the lastbuild execution does not get refreshed unless I hit Ctrl+f5. Even trying to go back one page and clicking on the lastbuild's pipeline overview it still keeps the last execution. If you hit F5 only, it won't get refresh neither. Yet, if I access the pipeline overview via the build number, it works.
Is this intentional?
