Support more than one Claude Code claude_config_dir

I use the following launch method to keep personal and work Claude Code sessions separate. Because of this, however, none of my Claude Code sessions show up in the agent-sessions app. Please add the ability to set up multiple config_dirs in the app.

I will add asap support for Sessions directory choice for Claude Code (Codex CLI has it, I just forgot to add to Claude preferences). Supporting Claude config dir - may be later.

I added custom directory support for Claude session in https://github.com/jazzyalex/agent-sessions/releases/tag/v2.5.2 plus to many major updates (performance, basic analytics, git context)

Multiple directories support may add later.
