WinNT CACHE_RELATIONSHIP uses 2 reserved bytes for Group Count

While debugging something else today I noticed CACHE_RELATIONSHIP has the same change as NUMA_NODE_RELATIONSHIP where in recent versions 2 of the reserved bytes are used for a GroupCount field.

It needs the same treatment.

I'll handle this myself and check on all the associated docs sometime soon.
