Add documentation of any non-intuitive definitions in defaults.h

Since Grbl is designed with Cartesian kinematics models in mind, not all of the variable names for the machine-specific defaults may not be perfectly intuitive. I think it would be helpful to add a comment block to explicitly define what the various values mean and how they get used.
