reason-vscode@1.7.5 crashing on Mac

reason-vscode@1.7.5 on my Mac is crashing when I open a reason file with error message The Reason Language Server server crashed 5 times in the last 3 minutes. The server will not be restarted.

It is working fine with reason-vscode@1.7.4

This could be issue with latest code changes

For me it was crashing as well. I investigated and found out that this was caused by an unhandled EPIPE error. PR #478 should fix the issue
