Is there a way to track the ratelimit status?

Is there any way that I can get the total number of requests made in the current hour? This is returned by the 'X-Rate-Limit' header option...

Unfortunately, the time I currently have to put towards this project is basically zero. I'm more than happy to take pull requests though if you have something working

I do have a jury rigged solution... not sure if it's 100% thread safe. I can submit a PR.
