Telemetry data disorder

As shown in the picture, the best lap in the game is 34.194s, while the json shows that the BestLap is -11.024998 and the TotalRaceTime is 34.194317.

There's no easy way to determine what data is being sent by the game, so the data format was taken from an old forum post regarding Forza Motorsport 6/Forza Horizon 4. Especially with the change from FH4 to FH5, they could have shifted a lot of the binary data around for what's being sent over the telemetry output.

I unfortunately don't have the time to spend debugging the entire data stream from the game to decode each piece of data, but if you or anyone else does then I'd be glad to update the code 😄
