vlc bug on termux update #140
Description
Sorry if wrong place for this but as termux/termux-packages won't fix it, here goes:-
This upgrade:-
apt/stable 2.3.14 aarch64 [upgradable from: 2.3.13-4]
ffmpeg/stable 5.0 aarch64 [upgradable from: 4.4.1-1]
libexpat/stable 2.4.3 aarch64 [upgradable from: 2.4.2]
python/stable 3.10.2 aarch64 [upgradable from: 3.10.1]
Breaks vlc (it's-pointless repo build)
Most likely the ffmpeg upgrade.
Notes: local files play fine but streams don't.
