[Feature Request]: Add support for PSBBN/exFAT

Hi,

It was suggested I raise this on your repo from Cosmicscale over at the PSBBN Definitive repo. There is an issue with trying to use wLaunchELF_ISR and PSBBN Definitive together where settings cannot be read or saved. To quote Cosmicscale verbatim from my issue over there:

This is the same problem that affects any homebrew app that doesn’t support exFAT on the internal drive. When an app is launched from the internal exFAT partition and requests its current working directory, it is reported as mass0. wLaunchELF then tries to save its settings to the current working directory, mistakenly assumes it’s a USB device, and fails.

It sounds like the older version of wLaunchELF that PSBBN previously used didn't have this problem as it saved settings to __sysconfig. Would it be feasible to address this issue somehow with wLaunchELF_ISR? I'm still pretty unfamiliar with the PS2 modding scene so I'm not exactly sure how easy this is to address from either side.

hi, unfortunately, this won't be an easy fix

if I use the driver required to access an EXFAT HDD, the I/O processor crashes in the middle of loading that driver

exception handlers don't throw anything useful, it even makes PCSX2 crash altogether... I have 0 feedback to debug.

Spent quite some time some months ago in the issue and couldn't get it fixed

Fair enough, appreciate your answer, thanks. It isn't super critical, it's plenty usable with default settings, I just wasn't sure if it was a quick fix/workaround kind of thing or not.
