Pin compatible alternative for the GPy #2

As the Pycom GPy that is used in this repository is now EOL, I thought it might be interesting to let you know about a 100% pin compatible module which is also a big upgrade: Walter (https://www.quickspot.io).
Walter's main updates are:
- ESP32-S3
- Newer Monarch 2 modem
- GNSS receiver built-in
- Only 9.5uA deep sleep
- Reset line to the modem
- USB-C connector for direct programming
- 3.3V output is software controlled
- All pins available to the application
