Unable to trigger agent using faraday-cli

Hello!

First of all, I'd like to thank you for this great and interesting project — awesome work!

I'm currently experimenting with the Faraday Community Edition and trying to run an agent using faraday-cli.

My setup:

Debian 12 server (kernel 6.1.0-31-amd64)
Faraday App v5.13.0 running in Docker (default settings)
Faraday Dispatcher v3.6.0 installed via pip
Faraday-cli v2.1.12 installed via pip

The agent authenticates correctly and appears in the list of agents on the server. Also, an agent with the Nmap executor works fine when triggered from the web interface.

I'm having issues when trying to run it via faraday-cli. It seems I'm unable to pass parameters correctly — specifically the target (and possibly others as well).

I've tried looking through the documentation and experimenting with different formats but haven't had any luck. Could someone help clarify the correct way to send parameters like target via faraday-cli?

Hi @vvnw ,
The Target is a list, so it should be passed as a list, lists in python are inside Braces, "[]". and parameters is case sensitive so the real name is TARGET.

I also recommend checking on agent parameter types, and as is indicated in the docs you can source all the parameters
needed. inside the manifests folder you will see the arguments and parameters for all of the executors.
