Inferno Test 7 using US Core 6.1 and SMART 2.0 Launch

We are noticing a discrepancy running Inferno Test 7 with US Core 6.1 and SMART 2.0 Launch. The Inferno reference server is setting scope to system/.read when we use SMART 1.0 and system/.r when we pick SMART 2.0. We believe it should be system/.rs for SMART 2.0 for this test. Wanted to get clarification if there is an issue in the default setting for the SMART 2.0 scope requested in the reference server. https://hl7.org/fhir/smart-app-launch/STU2/scopes-and-launch-context.html#system-level-scopes seems to indicate we should be using system/.rs
