Machine Readable Reporting?

Hi,

Does Inferno have a concept of a machine readable test report format?
Basically I want to run various test suites as part of a CI pipeline and I'd like to verify and parse the results via code

Yes. If you're using inferno execute you can add --outputter json to get JSON.

If you need even more flexibility you can use Inferno's REST API, which runs by default on Inferno Test Kits and also returns JSON format.
