Support UIMA CAS JSON 0.4.0

There is a newer UIMA CAS Json format support in INCEpTION, the old one has been [deprecated](https://inception-project.github.io/releases/31.1/docs/user-guide.html#sect_formats_uimajson). It would be great if the newer one could be supported in Pycaprio.  It's probably sufficient to add `jsoncas` to `InceptionFormat`.
