Downsampling functionality

Dear Vadim,

thank you for this amazing set of packages, they really helped me to get into TCR analysis! I'm currently analysing TCR produced with biomed2 primers, and to my understanding it is recommended to do downsampling do avoid PCR and sequencing depth bias. I'd wonder, whether there's any plan to implement the downsampling function into immunarch v1? And, although unrelated, do you plan to retrain AIRR-GPT on updated version of the API? I tried it, but the suggested functions are mostly depricated/not working.
