Long time no see. I'm here again! Thank you again for your development and maintenance for immunarch, such an amazing and powerful package!
Recently it occurs to me that whether we can get the specific clone information after running airr_clonality_prop. For instance, how can we get the clones hyperexpanded in A_01_PB?
By the way, I wonder whether it is possible to get such volcano plot to compare clonal expansion in immunarch? If not, could you please give me some suggestions?
