kramdown-rfc railroad diagram support (kgt)

Description

kramdown-rfc has support for railroad diagrams but it requires kgt (Kate's Grammar Tool). More information can be found here: https://github.com/cabo/kramdown-rfc/wiki/SVG#kgt

Currently author-tools cannot process a md file that is using kgt for diagrams.
