Reporting of Industry data into the FADB

It is necessary for several MEGS submitters to have a way of submitting data that are not coming from surveys, but that are fish captured in commercial fisheries. In these cases, the ship and the exact coordinates might be unknown.

I suggested to add some QC depending on the Campaign (some suffix like "-ind" for industrial). If this suffix exists, unknown ship can be used and we can add statistical rectangle instead of coordinates.

An idea would be to add a new survey instead with complete documentation on the sampling. Will need to create an adjacent meeting to discuss and agree on this.

I have sent an invitation to meet with people that report this kind of data.

From the adjacent meeting, it seems that the option to add a new survey is more work for the submitters of MEGS and the first option based on the campaign is more preferable. We will have to make some rules that if the campaign field is empty or does not contain the specific suffix, then all information on ship and lat lon has to be filled in.
