Setting language for transactional only addresses

I noticed the mc4wp - wpml addon only sends the language to Mc from a Woocommerce checkout integration but not from the order sync. So if a user does not check the box on checkout and is send in as transactional only there is no language set. Could we fix that?

Because the "customer" object in MailChimp does not allow us to pass a language property, this can't be done without adding the "transactional subscriber" ourselves through an API call to the lists/members whenever we send an order to MailChimp. This would add an additional 2 API calls for each and every order in the store. 😞
