Development mode app #18
Description
There should be a separate Flatpak build for dev.ianjohnson.Nonograms.Devel which builds the application in development mode. This will require parameterizing the app ID in several places it currently is not, such as metainfo.xml and the source/installed icon names.
Parameterizing the app ID effectively will require ziglang/zig#19272 to be fixed first, as otherwise the ConfigHeader step can't be used to configure XML, desktop, etc. files.
