Setting for custom credo command path

Would be nice to be able to override the credo command path in settings or read it from a config file. The reason I ask is that I run Elixir and the whole Phoenix app infrastructure in Docker so the preferred way to run credo would be docker-compose exec web mix credo

Thanks! I realised that when I have the linter running (or run mix credo manually) it triggers a recompile that touches timestamps on files and causes the You must restart your server after changing the following configuration files error from Phoenix. I'm a noob at vscode extensions but I'll see if I can help make it happen with a PR if you like.
