glme model fitting function added without formal statistics

imapGLMM function is available from today.
However, nonparametric statistics under the LMM framework such as permutation test and bootstrap clustering test is not available yet for GLMM.
Currently, one of the option is the following:

1. Fit the same model using imapLMM and imapGLMM.
2. After model fitting, by investigating the model log-likelilhood and the profile likelihood of the model parameter, the user can infer whether is indeed OK to apply gaussian model as approximation.
