Rename repo to `hsf-training-cicd-gitlab`?

This helps make obvious which CI/CD edition this repo is about.

Since we already have the hsf-training-cicd-github this also makes it consistent with the naming.

We also had the naming convention with having all websites end in -webpage (though not all keep to it...).

The issue is that this will break the links to the rendered webpage. See also discussion at hsf-training/hsf-training-singularity-webpage#108
