Version optimized lookup codebase #16
Description
The code base doesn't seem to be versioned in any way (e.g. no releases, no tags).
This makes it difficult to use any of the interfaces as dependencies.
At minimum, version code by tagging and create releases on GitHub (source + binary e.g. for Java).
Additionally, it would be great to publish the Java-based optimized lookup in a public artifact repository, such as Maven's central repository.
