ParlGov partyfacts_id

Shouldn't the file parlgov.csv include a partyfacts_id column? Without this, a merge is not possible. Thanks for your assistance.

@ranjitlall — The 'partyfacts_id' is not in the import folder files here.

The main linking file, including ParlGov IDs, is at the download section of the Party Facts page.
