Ripping out GitLab CI

Now that GitHub has been used to do one major release (3.16), the countdown has started for dropping GitLab.

My assumption is that GitLab has to stick around until 3.14 stops being updated. It was the last major version released from GitLab.

Can someone tell me when that might be?

The usual rule is that only the most recent release is supported. LTS releases might change that, but 3.16 is the first release matching an official GHC LTS and it's a bit late to retroactively update 3.10.3, matching the old unofficial 9.6.7 LTS, because it already no longer builds and hasn't for several years.

I'd be greatly surprised if Cabal 3.14 gets another minor release, so perhaps it's time to say goodbye to GitLab CI.
