Add Civic Tech Structure to the Footer

Overview

We need to add Civic Tech Structure, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization at the bottom of the footer in small/secondary text to make the page consistent with the industry standard.

Action Items

• Go to the code for the footer of the website. ¹
• Edit the code to add the following
  • Add an <hr> below current content
  • Add centered text, in same size as other footer text, after the hr.
