Overview

We need to create a list of questions for our guest speaker TDM Calculator Research Team attending on February 25, 2026.

Action Items

• Send issue to UI/UX Slack channel and ask UI/UX people to write their questions in the comments.
• Collate the questions into a list of unique questions (non-duplicated questions).
• Send collated questions to the guest speakers within 2 weeks of their talk.
• Send consent form to the guest speakers within 2 weeks of their talk.

• Date in February (Feb 25) confirmed within the Co-lead team and with the Research Leads of TDM-Calc Research.

• The comments section with updates by the UI/UX CoP Co-Leads is being minimised. Since this issue is going to be posted on a more public platform like Meetup and circulated widely (to collect external questions). The internal communication is being minimised to maintain participant security and privacy.

Notes

• A Google Form has been created to collect pre-webinar questions from the community on the recommendation of admin for Meetup purposes.
• This is the link to the Google Form
• It has also been recommended to admin that this Google Form be used to collect all audience questions and not use this Github issue. The Google Form will function better for the purposes of the privacy of attendees since all details will be closed and only accessible by the Co-Leads accessing the form. And also provide privacy for internal communications as detailed above.
• Additionally having a single source of submission via the Google Form will keep the questions collecting process efficient, instead of spreading it across two avenues (Github issue and Google Form). It will be more efficient and easier for Co-leads to keep track of questions submitted. Providing too many options for submission also has the potential of confusing attendees signing-up.
• The Google Form will be recorded in this 'Generate Questions' Github issue for all Speakers, moving forward. This Generate Questions issue will be updated to reflect this change.
