Add AWS Lambda streaming support for REST API v1

This proposal is based on an idea shared in Nitro discussion #4036 https://github.com/nitrojs/nitro/discussions/4036. The goal is to add streaming support for REST API v1 in AWS Lambda to enhance feature compatibility.
