Documentation about priority

A priority can be defined in a message
and default prority can be defined for an app

I don't find documentation about it.
Priority is used to indicate the importance of a notification. It does not affect sending on the server side, but it does affect behavior on the client side (mobile, browser, desktop).

What are the impacts on behavior of the client ?

Thanks, good catch, yes this isn't documented very well. We can transfer this to the website repo and write a documentation for this.

For now a quick answer:

So on android you should be able to go to Settings, Apps, Gotify, Notifications, and inside there should be granular control of how you want each priority range to be handled by your phone with sensible defaults.

On the web I don't think there is a configuration but it inherits Android's default that 4 is cutoff for a notification to the user to be sent.

personally subjectively I would say 4 is like an SMS, 1-3 is like GitHub notification, email, etc. 7 upwards is like "server is down, SSH login detected" kind of events .
