I'm seeking official guidance on a quota-related issue I'm experiencing with Gemini CLI.

Current Situation:

• gemini-3-flash-preview model: Has sufficient quota
• gemini-2.5-flash-lite model: Quota exhausted

Issue Experienced:
Whenever I try to perform any task, I continuously receive the error message:
"Usage limit reached for gemini-2.5-flash-lite." This prevents me from doing anything.

Root Cause (Confirmed by Gemini CLI itself):
When I asked Gemini CLI about this issue, it explained that internal features
such as Prompt Completion and Classifier are hardcoded to use only
gemini-2.5-flash-lite. When this model's quota is depleted, the above error
message appears and work becomes impossible.

Workaround Suggested (by Gemini CLI):
When I asked for a solution, Gemini CLI suggested modifying the deployment
files to replace gemini-2.5-flash-lite with gemini-3-flash-preview.

Concerns & Questions:

1. Does modifying deployment files to replace the model violate Google's Terms of Service?
2. Could this approach be flagged as "unauthorized use" and result in account restrictions?
3. Is there an official recommended solution for this issue?
