Support viewing the configured rate for Energy Tariff and updating it

Would be good if the API exposes it to be able to see the energy rate set within the tarriff and then set the rate dynamically, im using Octopus Tracker so daily rate changes, would be cool to sync the Octopus Rate with the Hypervolt tarriff
