Improving Visibility and Tracking of BOT Ratings

• Currently, the BOT rating options — Helpful and Not Helpful — appear along with the bot’s response. This can sometimes cause the NGO POC to overlook or skip providing feedback, as the rating is not clearly separated or highlighted.

• Additionally, once the NGO POC submits a rating (Helpful or Not Helpful), the feedback disappears from view. This makes it difficult for the internal team to monitor, review, and take necessary actions based on the feedback.

Suggested Improvement:

• Make the BOT rating interface more prominent and separate from the response text to draw the NGO POC’s attention.

• Ensure that once feedback is submitted, the rating remains visible, so that the internal team can review and act on it effectively.
