Make autopilot respects discussion mode

I prefer Autopilot over the other 2 modes. However, I needed to keep asking Copilot to not implement on every turn when I just want to have a discussion. So I need another mode, a smart mode where Copilot understands my intent better. On the plus side, Autopilot respects my instruction to create a plan and save to a doc, instead of saving it to the default location, which is difficult to get to.
