Annoying quick flash of wrong file preview saying (empty) then back to the correct preview

Describe the issue

When i switch between files, There is a quick annoying transition between them which i could screen shot it!
It is only visible for like 300ms or less (Guessed Number) then back to normal

How to reproduce (Optional)

Create any change for any 2 files
Naviagte between the previews of both files

Expected behavior (Optional)

It should not flash an empty file dialog betwen transactions

I was actually able to reproduce the issue and record it. The trick seems to be that one has to let it show an 'empty' file first, and then switch between two modification to see the flicker. It does indeed show the file as empty before it pops in.

This flickers when switching between files using keyboard navigation (arrows).
