Yes, it links to AGENTS.md this allows the file to be used by multiple agents who not all read CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md, neat trick to not have to duplicate it.

Generally, avoiding duplicate files is a good idea.
While this approach works as expected in Linux environments, it causes issues on Windows.

For example, when running composer status -v to verify the installation, CLAUDE.md is flagged as modified on Windows.
Could you please look into this and provide a fix for Windows users?

Already fixed with #2046. Was released with https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-php/releases/tag/4.24.0, so it should all be sorted, sorry for the troubles!
